RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept eligible returns for store credit only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original condition.

Because we release limited, thoughtfully curated styles, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Store credit allows you the flexibility to discover something you truly love while continuing to shop future collections with ease.

A Few Important Details:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery; we are unable to accept returns after this window
  • Store credit is issued for the item amount only and does not include shipping costs
  • All return requests must be submitted and approved prior to sending items back
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
  • Accessories and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Tracking

We ship through Shopify’s trusted carrier network. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. LEE by Lee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to update it before your order is processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, it is under their responsibility. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Of course, we are always happy to help guide you through the process.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
